Features and Benefits of the TaylorMade r7 HT Quad driver:
A shallower, longer clubface and a larger clubhead compared to the original r7 Quad (the clubface of the r7 Quad HT is 20% larger at address than that of the Taylor Made r7 Quad).
The shape of the r7 Quad HT gives it a 5% increase in moment of intertia (MOI) versus the r7 Quad, meaning that it is more forgiving on off centre hits.
Additionally, the difference in the r7 Quad HT’s head geometry creates a centre of gravity position 1.5mm farther back and 1mm lower than the r7 Quad, producing a higher launch trajectory.
As with the original Taylor Made r7 Quad, the Launch Control (TLC) system permits discretionary club head weight to be redistributed in six configurations by means of either 2g or 10g TLC cartridges and TLC ports, to allow the player to change shot shape.
